When you want to cancel your clearing 48 hours after your booking, you will get your booking amount refunded.
If the payment was done through Paypal, Paypal will charge us 5 pounds. So we will refund you 5 pounds less than the booking amount.
If you want to cancel your clearing after these 48 hours, then we will first check if the clearing was already completed or not. If the clearing was not completed, we will refund you the money and cancel your booking. If your clearing was completed, we will not refund you the money.
If you are unhappy about your clearing we will first talk to you and try to get to an agreement.
