If the payment was done through Paypal, Paypal will charge us 5 pounds. So we will refund you 5 pounds less than the booking amount.
If you want to cancel your spiritual background check after these 48 hours, then we will first check if the clearing was already completed or not. If the check was not completed, we will refund you the money and cancel your booking. If your check was completed, we will not refund you the money.
If you are unhappy about your check we will talk to you and try to get to an agreement.
